The show went on Tuesday evening at Saratoga Performing Arts Center despite an electrical outage in the area.
A generator powered the lights at SPAC for the New York City Ballet’s performance of “Russian Seasons,” “Sinfonia,” “Moves” and “Brahms-Schoenberg.”
The power, including telephones, at SPAC’s offices in the Hall of Springs was still out this morning.
The property is one of 1,987 National Grid customers still without power this morning after an outage Tuesday afternoon. The outage covers a swath along Route 50 from the northern end of Ballston Spa to the state park, Geyser Road including the Geyser Crest neighborhood, and some areas south of Route 29.
On its website, National Grid estimates the power will be restored at 11:45 a.m.
