A man was airlifted to Albany Medical Center Hospital this afternoon after being struck by a falling tree, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s office.
The incident happened shortly before 2 p.m. off Route 9P in the town of Saratoga. Police said the man was injured just south of the New York State boat launch site on Saratoga Lake. Details of the man’s injuries and the man’s name were not available from the state police, who were at the scene of the accident.
