Pizza delivery man attacked, robbed in Colonie

Police are looking for two men who robbed a Domino’s Pizza delivery man on Wednesday.

Police are looking for two men who robbed a Domino’s Pizza delivery man on Wednesday.

The 25-year-old victim reported that at 8:15 p.m. he was making a delivery to the Towers of Colonie at 420 Sand Creek Road. A man in the parking lot there indicated that the delivery was for him and when the victim exited his vehicle, the man attacked him. A second suspect also began striking the victim and stole his wallet and cell phone, according to police.

The victim did not see the suspects display any weapons. They fled on foot in an unknown direction and were not located.

The victim suffered bumps and bruisers to his forehead, chest and shoulder and a cut to his arm. He was transported by Colonie EMS to Albany Memorial Hospital, where he was treated and released.

The first suspect is described as a white man, 5 feet, 8 inches tall between 16 and 19 years old with short blond hair. He was wearing a white T-shirt and sweatpants. The second suspect is described as a black man, 5 feet, 9 inches tall, between 16 and 19 years old with black hair. He was wearing a dark jacket, jeans and a cap.
