Two Amsterdam teens have been accused of marijuana possession after state police checked out a suspicious vehicle complaint Sunday, state police said.
The two teens, identified as Gianni M. Gifford, 18, and Billy H. Carr, 17, both of Amsterdam, were cited for unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.
The teens were found in the car parked on Sand Pit Road in Fort Johnson. The vehicle was running with its lights on behind a building in the cemetery.
The teens were issued appearance tickets and ordered to return to court later.
