A city man is facing a public lewdness charge after police allege he defecated in an alcove at the Riverfront Center.
Robert J. Chudkosky, 56, of 106 Division St., was charged Wednesday following an investigation into feces found on carpeting on the second floor of the office building, according to a release from the Amsterdam Police Department.
Security cameras, which captured the alleged defecation, led police to Chudkosky, police said in the release.
Chudkosky was released on an appearance ticket returnable July 9.
