One of six men arrested in an April drug raid on a Saratoga Springs house has been indicted on two felonies.
Robert L. Durr, also known as “Junebug,” 44, of 149 Grand Ave., was indicted Monday on third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession, felonies, as well as misdemeanor counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and fourth-degree criminal sale of marijuana. He also faces a violation-level charge of unlawful possession of marijuana.
Durr is expected to be arraigned in Saratoga County Court today.
He was one of six people arrested at 149 Grand Ave. in April in a raid that police said was connected to the sale of cocaine, crack, heroin and pills. Five other men were charged with misdemeanors.
Police used an armored vehicle and a helicopter when they executed a search warrant at the house.
They conducted the raid days after another resident at the house was arrested for hitting a man in the head with an unidentified object and partially amputating his ear. Russell Duffney, 46, has pleaded guilty to second-degree assault in that case.
Also Monday in County Court:
u Sadie A. Willis, 24, no address given, pleaded guilty to third-degree attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance. She was accused of committing the crime in April in Moreau.
u Ashley M. Cortes, 23, no address given, was sentenced to time already served in jail and five years of probation for fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance. Cortes pleaded guilty to selling drugs in April in Corinth.
u Renee S. Crafton, also known as Renee Rickson, 41, of LKA-2403 Hayner Heights Drive, Clifton Park, was indicted on three felony driving while intoxicated charges from December in Mechanicville.
u Kannan Kristel, 40, of 1298 Route 9, Gansevoort, was sentenced to six months in Saratoga County Jail and five years of probation for DWI in April 2012 in Moreau.
