New York Lottery’s Yolanda Vega is coming to Saratoga County to present a Ballston Lake woman with an oversized check for $1 million.
The winning woman will be identified in a ceremony at 10:30 a.m. on Friday at the Stewart’s Shops location in Malta, where the ticket was purchased. The prize is for playing Powerball.
