A Milton man allegedly held a woman captive for hours in a remote location this summer.

Ryan Place, 27, was indicted Wednesday on felony kidnapping and grand larceny charges for allegedly restraining a woman he knew from a prior relationship, then stealing her car, said Saratoga County District Attorney James A. Murphy III.

Murphy said Place and the victim had ended their relationship a long time before, but he was still trying to rekindle things.
