A woman who allegedly assaulted a man in his Milton home and then stole his new BMW was indicted Thursday by a Saratoga County grand jury.

Stacey A. Walker, 42, of Maxwell Drive, Saratoga Springs, was indicted on felony charges including first-degree assault, second-degree assault and third- and fourth-degree grand larceny.

Walker, who has been in jail in lieu of bail since her arrest in April, will be arraigned today in Saratoga County Court, according to District Attorney James A. Murphy’s office.

Walker is charged in an incident April 13 in which a Milton man said he was assaulted in his home, sustaining head and chest wounds, and had his 2014 BMW X3 stolen.

The car was recovered the next day in Schenectady, leading to Walker’s arrest in the city later that day, Saratoga County sheriff’s deputies said.

In other indictments:

• Michael C. Ferro, 52, of Horse Hill Road, Hadley, was indicted on second-degree assault, third-degree criminal possession of a weapon and misdemeanor assault, weapons possessions and menacing charges. He was arrested Feb. 3 after an incident in the town of Day.

• Sequan A. Broadus, 25, of Brooklyn, was indicted on charges of third- and fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was arrested following a traffic stop on the Northway on Dec. 7, 2013.

• Devin E. Brent, 21, of Tina Court, Colonie, was indicted on charges of first-degree disseminating indecent material to a minor and endangering the welfare of a child. He was charged in connection with alleged incidents last November in Halfmoon.
