A Waterford man died after his all-terain vehicle rolled over in a gravel pit on Christmas, according to state police.
Vladimir Sandul, 44, was riding the ATV on private property near Brook Wood Road, when it rolled over. He was treated at the scene by personnel from the Clifton Park Emergency Medical Services and Halfmoon Fire Department, but died a short time later, investigators said.
