
A seven-month, multiagency investigation into drug sales in Fulton County culminated in five arrests and dozens of felony drug charges this week, according to police.
According to the Johnstown Police Department, four of the individuals were arrested Wednesday on warrants in Gloversville and Schenectady. The fifth person was arrested Monday in Gloversville.
The investigation was a joint effort among the Johnstown Police Department, Gloversville Police Department and New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team. State police based in Fonda, Schenectady Police Department and Glove Cities Emergency Response Team assisted in executing warrants.
According to police, some of those arrested were selling drugs in both Gloversville and Schenectady.
Luellen M. Sudges, 20, of Gloversville, was arrested Monday at her apartment on Woodside Avenue.
Felicia R. Pittman, 59, of Gloversville, was arrested Wednesday on South Main Street in Gloversville. Police also searched her Burr Street apartment on a warrant, where they said they found “a small amount of narcotics and drug paraphernalia.”
Kenneth Mamillian, 25, of Brooklyn, was arrested Wednesday on Montgomery Street in Gloversville. Police say he had 2.6 grams of cocaine on him.
Shaquille A. Grayton, 21, of Schenectady, was arrested Wednesday on Erie Boulevard in Schenectady. Police say he had 3.35 grams of cocaine on him at the time.
Alexander Cabeallero-Guity, 22, of Schenectady, was arrested Wednesday on University Place in Schenectady. Police say he had 1.5 grams of cocaine on him at the time.
Cabeallero-Guity was charged with three counts each of third-degree criminal sale and criminal possession of a controlled substance, both class B felonies. The others each face two counts of the same charges.
Sudges was arraigned Tuesday in Fulton County Court before Judge Polly Hoye. The others were arraigned Thursday before Judge Felix Catena in Fulton County Court. All were sent to the Fulton County Jail without bail.
Police say there may be more charges from the city of Gloversville and the city of Schenectady in connection with the drugs found during the arrests.
