
Today is the last day to register to vote in the Nov. 3 general election.
Registration forms must be postmarked no later than Oct. 9 and received by the 14th, according to the Schenectady County Board of Elections. They can also be delivered in person to the county Board of Elections, 388 Broadway, Schenectady, by the end of business today.
People who have been honorably discharged from the military or have become naturalized citizens after the Oct. 9 deadline have until Oct. 24 to register.
Today is also the last day registered New York state voters can change their party enrollment for the presidential primaries next year.
New voters can enroll in a party up until 25 days before the New York state primaries, according to the county Board of Elections.
