
Schenectady police are investigating a bank robbery this morning at KeyBank at 1610 Eastern Parkway in the city.
Shortly after 9 a.m. the bank was robbed by a female, according to police.
Police described the suspect as a heavyset black female who most recently was seen wearing an Army field jacket.
Police said she entered the bank and passed a note to the teller, demanding money. The teller complied, and the female fled on foot north toward Union Street with an undetermined amount of money.
No weapons were displayed or implied, and there were no reported injuries, according to police.
