The Galesi Group launched a new website with additional information about the future apartments at Mohawk Harbor.

The website — theriverhouseatmohawkharbor.com — includes 26 layouts for the 206 apartment units, which include studio, one- and two-bedrooms along with two-bedroom loft style units along the Mohawk River.

Rents range from $977 to $3,050, according to the website. Studio apartments are listed between $977 and $1,162. One bedrooms start at $1,397 up to $1,749. Two bedrooms range from $1,969 to $3,050.

There are options for units facing Erie Boulevard and others facing the river by the manmade harbor. Apartments will have floor-to-ceiling windows along with private balconies and terraces in select units.

The apartment building will feature a pool overlooking the harbor, a 24-hour fitness center and a community room and media lounge. The apartments will be pet friendly and will have bike storage space.

The Riverhouse apartments are expected to be done by early next year. Galesi is also planning a 15-unit townhouse building on the 60-acre site off Erie Boulevard and a possible 50-unit condominium building.

The site will be home to the future Rivers Casino and Resort at Mohawk Harbor, which is currently under construction and expected to open next March. A 124-room Courtyard by Marriott hotel and office and retail building are also being built now.
