NYRA announces 2016 Saratoga giveaways

The New York Racing Association has announced the four giveaway days for the 2016 Saratoga Race Course meet, which will include two Sundays and two Mondays.

The first will be a Saratoga ballcap on opening weekend, Sunday, July 24.

A duffel bag will be available on Monday, Aug. 1, followed by a Saratoga beach towel giveaway on Monday, Aug. 15, and a long-sleeve pullover on Sunday, Sept. 4.

All giveaways are free with paid admission, while supplies last.

For the first time, season pass and season ticket plan holders will be guaranteed a Saratoga giveaway item. The pass holder must be in attendance at the track on the day of the giveaway and redeem the item by 3 p.m. Redemptions will begin when gates open to the general public.

Season passes do not include reserved seating and are valid for one admission, which is valid for one giveaway item.

Saratoga season admission passes are currently available for purchase online at NYRA.com/Saratogatickets and in-person at most Stewart’s Shops locations throughout the Capital Region, Adirondacks and Hudson Valley.

The 2016 meet begins on Friday, July 22, and concludes on Labor Day, Monday, Sept. 5.
