CLIFTON PARK — State Police arrested a Richmondville man last month on charges that accuse him of exposing himself while inside his vehicle near a business in the area of the Exit 8 Plaza, according to a state police report.
Nicholas Gray, 29, was charged with public lewdness and was issued an appearance ticket, police said.
He will appear in court at a later date to answer the charge.
