Lt. Gov. Kathy Hochul will introduce Mayor Joanne Yepsen before she gives her fourth State of the City on Monday, the mayor’s office announced.
Yepsen will talk about the city’s “innovative economy, smart development and inclusive communities,” according to a Friday news release.
The address is set for 6 p.m. at the Saratoga Springs City Center’s Meeting Room 1, with doors opening at 5:30 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.
