COLONIE — A jogger suffered serious injuries Wednesday after being run over by a pickup truck at 11:17 a.m. on Troy-Schenectady Road near Albany Shaker Road.
Police said Daniel A. Matus, 31, of Niskayuna, was hit as Robert H. Phillips, 54, of Latham, was turning right out of the Mobil Mart to go east. Matus was westbound at the time.
He was taken to Albany Medical Center by Colonie EMS.
Police asked anyone who witnessed the crash or who has information about it to call them at 783-2744.
