Ballston Spa man indicted on drug charges


BALLSTON SPA — A man arrested in October and accused of selling crack cocaine was indicted on several drug charges this week by a Saratoga County grand jury. 

Nathaniel F. Dennis, 44, of Ballston Spa, was indicted on three counts each of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, both felonies; and three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, according to District Attorney Karen Heggen.

Dennis was arrested Oct. 26, following an investigation by the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit, Saratoga Springs police and the State Police CNET Capital team.

Their investigation found Dennis was selling crack cocaine in Saratoga County, according to court documents.
