Fyvie fires up Guilderland softball

Nicole Fyvie went 3-for-4 with two RBIs and two runs scored, and Guilderland scored six times in the first two innings  in an 8-4 Suburban Council win over Mohonasen Tuesday.

Bailey Cummings also had three hits for the Dutchmen. Natalie Blackstone had two RBIs for the Mighty Warriors.

Kira Konarski went 3-for-4 with two doubles and three runs scored, and Olivia Murray went 2-for-5 with a double and four RBIs as Shenendehowa overpowered Shaker 13-0.

Nicole McCarville pitched a four-hitter for the Plainsmen and went 2-for-3 with two RBIs. Sophia Caputo, Cailey Cuttita and Katherine Cornell also had two RBIs.

Calista Phippen pitched a three-hitter, fanned 12, doubled and drove in three runs to lead Ichabod Crane past Schalmont 4-2 in a Colonial Council game.

Taylor Dillenbeck had a double, an RBI and a run scored for the Sabres.

Lily Sencer collected three hits, four RBIs and four runs scored, and Isabella DeChiaro spun a four-hitter as Cohoes (9-1, 12-4) topped Lansingburgh 6-1.

DeChiaro and Haleigh Burgess both had three hits.

Voorheesville scored a pair of seventh-inning runs to clip Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk 5-4.

Amelia Rossi and Vanessa Racht both had a double and an RBI, and Meaghan Houk struck out 14, for Ravena.

Matisha Kenyon hit a two-run single, and Emma Smith and Hannah Darling both had a double to lead Galway past Schoharie 4-3 in the Western Athletic Conference.

Smith got the win in relief. Galway broke a 3-3 tie in the last of the seventh.

Fort Plain had 16 hits and defeated Middleburgh 12-3.

Jennifer Ljutich hurled a one-hitter and homered as Germantown beat Doane Stuart 16-1 in the Central Hudson Valley League.

Sydney Yim belted a grand slam, and Jasmine Mullally had a three-run homer and 11 strikeouts in Loudonville Christian’s 11-6 win over Heatly.

Eliza Jordan had two singles and two runs scored, and Rachel Hall had two singles and two RBIs to propel Greenwich (13-1, 16-2) over Saratoga Central Catholic 10-0 in the Wasaren League.

Hall got the pitching victory and improved to 13-1.
