GLENVILLE — A Troy man is facing charges in Glenville, accused of using a stolen credit card to buy gas, police said.
Michael Dedeo, 44, of Miller Road, faces one count each of felony identity theft and stolen property possession.
Dedeo is accused of using the stolen card April 26, police said. The investigation began in Rotterdam with a report of a car pocketbook theft. The victim’s card was then used by Dedeo in Glenville, police said.
Dedeo was processed and released to return to court later.
