As summer approaches, I find myself wondering. Does anyone in the mayor’s office or on the City Council have the creativity to think of a way to restore the disintegrating Central Park Casino, while at the same time eliminating the need for three (unhealthy) food trucks to park all summer long next to Tiny Tot Land, spewing gasoline fumes and offering up a near deafening humming from their constantly running generators?
