SCHENECTADY — A driver struck a parked car on Paige Street Friday afternoon before he and his passengers fled, police said.
The crash landed a vehicle near a house but did no damage to the structure, police said.
The crash happened at about 1:30 p.m. in the 500 block of Paige Street, police said.
The investigation was continuing as of Friday afternoon.
