Dangerous situation near new Dairy Circus

OHSA needs to dig deeper with violations

It was sad to again read about the accidental deaths at the Glenville Asphalt Plant and weird to read further to see that OSHA had leveled fines.
Right up the street from where I live, the Dairy Circus that burned to the ground after a grease fire is rebuilding. Grease fires are a constant danger in the fast food industry. Has no one noticed that but a few short feet from the upgoing new Dairy Circus is a huge propane tank and a few more feet away is a gas station?
All of this is directly across the street from a school. There’s a probability of collecting even more fines after the fact here.
