STILLWATER — A Stillwater man faces a felony charge after police said he used a company credit card to pay his personal phone bill, which exceeded $600.
Michael Gage, 47, was charged with second-degree identify theft after a month-long investigation, town police said Tuesday.
A report from Gage’s employer of fraudulent charges on the card prompted the investigation, police said. Authorities did not say where he worked.
Gage was released and is due back in Town Court at a later date.
