
ARGYLE — A health care worker from Schenectady forced oral sexual contact on a patient at a Washington County facility, state police said.
Richard Gonzalez Medina, 25, of Schenectady, faces one count of third-degree criminal sexual act, a felony.
Medina is accused of having the contact with a client at the Washington Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Argyle while he served as an employee of the center, police said. Police did not identify his exact title.
The client reported the incident to staff at the facility who immediately contacted the state police.
Medina was arraigned and ordered held on $10,000 bail. He is due back in court next month.
