SCHENECTADY — A Lafayette Street resident has been arrested on charges that accuse him of committing a sex act on a child younger than 15 last month, authorities said.
Kevin J. Fessette, 25, faces one count of second-degree criminal sexual act, a felony, and endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor.
He is accused of committing the act on Aug. 7 in Schenectady, according to court documents. Police arrested him last week.
