SARATOGA SPRINGS — The city’s fire department and police forces conducted a ceremony Monday morning in High Rock Park to commemorate the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001.
Saratoga Springs High School Choraliers sang “American Pride” by Jill Gallina, and many residents turned out to remember those who were lost in the attacks.
