SCHENECTADY — A Bridge Street resident if facing charges that accuse him of subjecting another person to sexual contact without the person’s consent, according to a police report.
Aaron J. Parker, 30, faces two counts of third-degree criminal sexual act, felonies.
The sexual contact happened on the evening of Sept. 13 in Schenectady, according to court documents. He was arrested a short time later.
