3 charged after Schoharie 911 call

SCHOHARIE — Three people face charges in connection with an assault and property damage last month, state police said Friday.

Police began investigating Sept. 23 after receiving a 911 call concerning damage to a vehicle and building in the village of Schoharie. They determined a fight and assault had also taken place.

On Thursday they arrested Lyndsay Brice, 35, of Schoharie, Brian Devlin, 47, of Middleburgh, and Anthony Pagan, 30, of Schenectady.

Pagan faces one count of second-degree assault and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, felonies. Devlin faces one count of third-degree criminal mischief, a felony. Brice faces one count of false written statement and obstructing governmental administration, misdemeanors.

Brice and Devlin were released to return to court later. Pagan was arraigned and ordered held on $10,000 bail.
