Police: Woman stabs man in Schenectady

SCHENECTADY — A city woman stabbed a man in the arm Wednesday, authorities said.

Latisha L. Brunson, 26, of Lafayette Street, faces one count of second-degree assault, a felony.

She is accused of using a kitchen knife to stab a 31-year-old man just after 10:30 p.m. Wednesday evening at a Lafayette Street apartment, according to court documents.

The man suffered a cut to his right arm and required treatment at Ellis Hospital.
