MALTA — A Ballston Spa man stole a chainsaw and a gas can from a Malta building, state police said.
Michael Barone, 46, was arrested Friday and charged with felony third-degree burglary, police said Monday. It was unclear from the report what kind of building he is alleged to have entered.
He was arraigned in Malta Town Court and was sent to Saratoga County jail. He is to appear later this week in Town Court.
