SCHENECTADY — A city man has been indicted in connection with a summer shooting that left the victim with a gunshot wound to the arm, authorities said.
Trevon Brunson, 20, of Jay Street, faces one count each of second-degree attempted murder and first-degree attempted assault, felonies.
He was arraigned Thursday and pleaded not guilty.
Brunson is accused of opening fire in the Mont Pleasant area at about 3:30 p.m. on June 23. Brunson also faces one count each of first-degree menacing and first-degree reckless endangerment.
