BROOME — No injuries were reported Monday after a tractor-trailer fire on state Route 145, south of Middleburgh.

Dispatchers received a call about the fire at 8:45 a.m. The fire was extinguished with foam, Schoharie County Sheriff Anthony Desmond said in a news release.

The county hazardous materials team and state Department of Environmental Conservation were requested because of leaking fuel.

The Livingstonville and Middleburgh fire departments, as well as Middleburgh Ambulance, responded.
