SCHENECTADY — A motorist who was pulled over for failing to dim his headlights was found to be driving with 46 suspensions on his license, authorities said.
Jemel Lucas, 36, of Craig Street, faces one count of first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a felony.
Police arrested Lucas on State Street, near Princeton Street, on Nov. 19, according to court documents.
