SCHENECTADY — City police are investigating a weekend shooting that left a man with a shoulder wound, police said.
The investigation began when the man walked into the Ellis Hospital emergency room just after midnight Sunday, police spokesman Sgt. Matthew Dearing said.
The 24-year-old reported he was shot near Adam Deli on Crane Street. Dearing characterized the wound as non-life-threatening.
The incident, including where it happened, was still being investigated Monday, Dearing said.
