If only Sen. Lisa Murkowski of Alaska could have the courage of author and conservationist Mardy Murie and continue her life-long work and legacy by preserving the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge.
Instead, she chooses to trash one of the last truly wild places remaining on our planet and handing it over to oil companies and trashing the Medal of Freedom Award that was given to Mardy Murie for her life’s work.
Sen. Murkowski continues to ride the coattails of her father.
