Two men are accused of sexually abusing children under the age of 15 in unrelated cases, authorities said.
Franklin Betance-Santana, 33, address unavailable, faces two counts of second-degree rape. He was charged earlier this month.
He is accused of raping a child between October and late-December in Schenectady, then again between late December and early January, according to court documents. The charges are based on statements from the victim, as well as statements from the defendant.
In the unrelated case, Kevin C. Paige, 31, address unavailable, faces one count each of first-degree sexual abuse and second-degree criminal sexual act, felonies.
Paige is accused of sexually abusing the child in August in Schenectady, according to court documents.
