Scotia-Glenville Central School District will host open interviews next week for substitute teacher positions.
The district, along with others across the state, is facing a shortage of substitute teachers.
The interviews will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday at Scotia-Glenville Senior High School on Tartan Way. Substitute teachers in the district are paid $111 per day, or $65 for a half-day.
You must have a bachelor’s degree to qualify for a substitute position.
Contact Sharon Riggi at 518-347-3600, ext. 72101, to set up an appointment for an interview.
