Troopers: Schenectady man had 4 pounds of pot

BETHLEHEM — A Schenectady man was found to be in possession of more than 4 pounds of marijuana during a traffic stop early Sunday, state police said.

Lawrence Rowe, 42, was arrested after being pulled over for speeding on the Thruway in Bethlehem, troopers said.

A search of the vehicle uncovered the marijuana, police said.

Rowe faces one count of second-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a felony, along with the violation of marijuana possession, police said.
