CLIFTON PARK — The Clifton Park Planning Board on Tuesday will review a plan to build 34 homes along Route 146A.

The developer, 146A Holdings LLC, has proposed the development of single-family homes, as well as associated water, sewer and stormwater infrastructure, for a wooded parcel measuring about 56 acres, located between the intersections of Route 146 and Kinns Road.

It was unclear on Monday how much space the buildings would take up, if the project were approved.

Water would be provided by an extension of the Clifton Park Water Authority line located along the west side of Route 146A. Access to the lots would be provided by new roads connecting to Route 146A and Dawson Lane.

Tuesday will be the first time the board has reviewed the project.

The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. in Clifton Park Town Hall. Residents are allowed to comment on any project on the agenda during the meeting.
