SCHENECTADY — An Albany Street resident is facing a felony charge that accuses him of breaking into a gas station storage shed last month, authorities said.

Lee E. Spencer, 45, was charged last week with one county of third-degree burglary.

The locked storage shed was at the South Brandywine Avenue Speedway, and the alleged burglary happened on March 15, according to court documents. The charge is based on surveillance video, witness identification and other information, documents state.
