
Olivia Murray followed Sophia Caputo’s game-tying RBI single with a walk-off grand slam Monday to give Shenendehowa a 9-5 Suburban Council softball win over Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake.
Murray finished 3-for-4 with a triple and a home run; Caputo also collected three hits.
Lexi Sezsnat capped off a three-run seventh-inning rally with a walk-off home run to give Colonie a 4-3 win over Ballston Spa. The Scotties trailed 1-0 entering the seventh before scoring three times to take a 3-1 lead. Sezsnat finished 2-for-3 with two RBIs, while Ana Gold went 3-for-3 for Ballston Spa.
Natalie Blackstone drove in four runs to lead Mohonasen over Saratoga Springs 13-8. Kayleigh Reome pitched five innings and collected a pair of hits for the Blue Streaks. The Warriors trailed 5-0 before scoring six times in the fourth, four times in the fifth and three times in the sixth.
Columbia defeated Albany 23-5. Jess Patterson fanned nine batters over four innings for the Blue Devils, while Haley Earing collected three hits, three runs and five RBIs.
Haileigh Burgess struck out 10 and allowed two hits in a complete game in Cohoes’ 3-0 Colonial Council win over Holy Names. Adriana Devoe went 2-for-4 with a double and an RBI for the Tigers.
Stillwater won a Wasaren League matchup with Waterford-Halfmoon 6-2.
Kylie Welcome struck out six over seven innings of work for the Warriors.
Saratoga Central Catholic beat Hoosick Falls 8-2. Cassidy Hayner went 2-for-3 with a home run and three RBIs for the Saints.

Shenendehowa defeated Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake 8-1. Zach Goldberg and Devin Disonell collected two hits apiece, while Disonell drove in three runs.
Guilderland scored three times in the sixth inning to break a 4-4 tie in a 7-4 win over CBA. Donny Chrysler got the win in relief, striking out five in three innings.
Shaker topped Averill Park 5-2. Jack Mahoney earned the win, striking out nine in six innings and allowing only one earned run.
Ben Seiler’s no-hitter lifted Albany Academy over Ichabod Crane 4-0 in the Colonial Council. Seiler struck out 13 and only walked one while going 2-for-3.
DJ McMahon drove in five runs in La Salle’s 16-5 win over Cohoes. Alex Sapone added three hits for the Cadets.
Kellen Chowenhill threw a complete game and struck out 13 in Voorheesville’s 11-3 win over Cobleskill-Richmondville. Joey Saia and Patrick Guiry each drove in a pair of runs for the Blackbirds.
Lansingburgh beat Catholic Central 22-4. Alanzo Barrett went 4-for-4 with four runs scored and Joe Kosowsky went 5-for-6 with three runs scored for the Knights.
In the Western Athletic Conference, Duanesburg edged Berne-Knox-Westerlo 6-5 in a six-inning game. Matt Coons had two hits and an RBI for the Eagles. Caiden Larson and Mike Flower each hit solo home runs for the Bulldogs.
Notre Dame-Bishop Gibbons beat Galway 16-0. Connor Barber collected two hits and four runs scored.
Matt Zumbolo tossed a three-hit complete game to lead Fonda-Fultonville past Mekeel Christian Academy 7-2. Myles Anderson collected two hits for the Braves.
Christian O’Brien’s walk-off hit propelled Greenwich past Hoosic Valley 4-3 in the Wasaren League. The Indians trailed 2-0 before scoring three in the seventh to take a 3-2 lead. O’Brien also threw a complete game and earned the win for the Witches.
Waterford-Halfmoon topped Stillwater 6-1. Michael Talavera struck out nine over six innings while going 2-for-3 with two runs scored.
Saratoga Central Catholic defeated Hoosick Falls 14-2. Saratoga’s Dylan Custer threw four scoreless innings and went 4-for-5 with two runs scored and two RBIs.
Hunter Anderson tossed a no-hitter for South Glens Falls in a 5-0 non-league win over Glens Falls. South Glens Falls’ right fielder Alex Smith threw out Connor Girard at first base on a base hit for the game’s final out, preserving the no-hitter.
Lake George doubled up Broadalbin-Perth 8-4. Clay Moody and Jack Kelleher both tallied three hits for the Warriors.
