
DUANESBURG — An Albany man drove 95 mph down Interstate 88 in Duanesburg while drunk on Sunday, state police said Thursday.
John A. Paddon faces one count of driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor.
Troopers stopped him after spotting him speeding. Tests showed he had a blood alcohol content of .13 percent, above the legal limit of .08, state police said.
