TOWN OF AMSTERDAM – An Amsterdam man stole about $8,000 in copper from a local company, state police said Thursday.
Edward P. Ruggerio, 28, faces one count of third-degree grand larceny, a felony.
He is accused of taking the copper from Power and Composite Technologies LLC in the town of Amsterdam, state police said.
Ruggerio was arraigned and ordered held on $5,000 bail.
