SCHENECTADY — A Burnt Hills man attacked his wife and intentionally damaged her car in the Rivers Casino parking lot last month, authorities said.
Joseph J. Bordeau, 33, of Woodside Drive, was arrested Tuesday and charged with first-degree criminal contempt and third-degree criminal mischief, felonies.
Bordeau is accused of approaching the woman in an aggressive manner in the parking lot just after 1 a.m. April 28 and pulling her to the ground by her hair, according to court documents. In doing so, he violated a previously issued order of protection.
He also intentionally damaged the driver’s side mirror of her car, breaking it, according to papers.
