Police: Man fired gun in Guilderland domestic dispute

He faces one count of first-degree reckless endangerment

GUILDERLAND – A Guilderland man discharged a firearm during a domestic dispute Saturday, police said.

The incident happened just before noon at 3771 Western Turnpike, police said. No one was injured.

Police identified the suspect as John Seminary, of 3771 Western Turnpike. Police did not include his age in a release. 

Seminary faces one count of first-degree reckless endangerment, a felony. Further charges are pending. He was to be arraigned Sunday, police said. Results of that arraignment were not available later.
