GLOVERSVILLE – A city man sexually abused a 9-year-old girl, police said Thursday.
Brandon H. LeBarron, 37, of Gloversville, was charged Tuesday with one count of first-degree sexual abuse, a felony.
He is accused of sexually abusing the girl in 2012 at a Gloversville address, when he was 31, police said.
Police began investigating in May when they received information from the Fulton County Department of Social Services. That investigation led to LeBarron’s arrest this week.
LeBarron was arraigned and ordered held on $20,000 bail.
