
Deputies from the Fulton County Sheriff’s Department arrested a man they say was driving a UTV while drunk, resulting in injuries to a passenger.
On June 30, police arrested Clayton J. Pratt, 30, in the town of Mayfield. Pratt was arrested at 2:08 a.m. on Vandenburgh Point Road, according to a release from the sheriff’s department.
It is not clear specifically how fast Pratt was driving the off-road vehicle, or how he crashed, deputies said. The extent of injuries to the passenger was not released.
Pratt was charged with felony driving while intoxicated, driving at an unreasonable speed, and unlawful operation of an ATV/UTV on a public highway.
He was also charged with having no helmet. Pratt, according to the release, failed to produce proof of insurance when he was arrested.
He was arraigned in Mayfield Town Court and was released.He is scheduled to reappear in the town court at a later date.
