SCHENECTADY – State Street in Schenectady was impacted briefly Wednesday morning for an accident involving a CDTA bus.
One person was treated at the scene as a precaution for leg pain, police said. It wasn’t immediately clear if that person was a bus passenger or a driver involved. A second person was also taken to the hospital as a precaution for a head injury, police said later.
The 9:15 a.m. crash shattered the window near the bus driver and a second vehicle was taken from the scene on a tow truck.
Four people were on the bus at the time, a CDTA spokeswoman said.
The bus also sustained some body damage near the window and a bike on the bus front appeared to be damaged.
